A beautiful, warm and inviting home in a fantastic location. The fireplace was a real highlight and made our stay extra cosy. Everything was thoughtfully presented and it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay and would happily return.

This property was wonderful from even our first impression from the street. Once inside we found this property very welcoming with all the little additional touches. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the quality of all linen was top class.

The hosts provided some cooking and breakfast basics which were perfect and allowed us to enjoy the cottage as well as the town. The fireplace kept us warm throughout and the hosts had provided an endless supply of logs. I look forward to staying in the cottae again.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely holiday home. Its tucked away on quiet road, with the forest behind and views of the sea out to the front. Loads of space inside, with the main house having a large open plan kitchen/diner/living room, two bedrooms, and a split bathroom, with toilet and a second sink separated. This was ideal for us as two couples, and if we needed extra space, the garden annexe, which has another bedroom and bathroom, worked very well. Plenty of parking, and Port Arthur is a short drive away, with some small grocery shops and various eateries. Kitchen was well stocked, decent size fridge, nice showers, and a welcome log burner in the main room.

The location is excellent. It's very quiet, yet close to Port Arthur, the cruise meeting point, and all the major trekking trails. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, even though we hadn't planned on using it. But after a 15-kilometer hike (sometimes in the rain), it was so nice to soak in the warm, bubbling water. There's a fireplace and a large supply of good firewood. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The owner was always available, and we had no questions because he provided a manual detailing everything. It's good that it's very spacious and there's a lot of room, but we arrived during cool weather and it was very difficult for us to warm up all the rooms.

Fantastic accommodation, close to Port Authur. This great little cottage has everything you could ask for and more. Comfortable beds, open fire place, amazing hot tub, fully contained kitchen , BBQ, pizza oven and more. Our stay felt just like home- would highly recommend.

This place has everything we could have needed, and more! The location was perfect for us to explore the region, and it was great to come home to a spa in the beuatiful gardens after a long walk. Even had all the kitchen things you could want, so we cooked a nice roast! Received great communication and messages. The neighbours are also lovely and friendly! We would definitely stay here again.
